Visual inspection

We recommend a visual inspection at least every 2 days. The following points should be

checked:

●

Display / logbook of maintenance requests and fault messages

●

Calibration gas supply: remaining pressure, status of gas line and associated valves

●

Gas preparation (if present): state of individual components.

Cleaning the enclosure

Observe the following when cleaning the enclosure:

●

Only use a soft, lint-free cloth for cleaning.

●

Moisten the cloth if necessary and use a mild detergent.

●

Never use mechanically or chemically aggressive cleaning agents!

●

Make sure that no liquid can penetrate the analyzer.

WARNING

Moisture in the analyzer
If liquid has penetrated the analyzer, it may no longer function. In this case:

•

Do not touch the analyzer!

•

Immediately interrupt the power supply and gas supply!

•

Inform the customer service department.
