Setting the waiting time for automatic display switch-off
With this function you can activate or deactivate automatic suppression of the display
backlighting (screen saver function).
Menu call:
Main menu → BCU → Parameterization → Device → Display settings. → Auto light
-off.
The following menu is displayed:
Select the desired setting using the

keys, and confirm the selected setting
with
. The parameters have the following meanings:
On
Display backlighting goes off automatically
Off
Display backlighting remains on permanently
Note
The automatic switch-off is activated when delivered, i.e. the display backlighting is canceled
if a function key containing text (e.g. ENTER, BACK, SAVE ...) is not activated within 30
minutes.
The display backlighting can be switched on again by clicking on the right or left function key.
