5.2 Field control unit
5.2.1 Wall-mounting
Procedure
4 holes with a diameter of 11 mm are provided in the top part of the housing for wall mounting
of the field control unit. Secure the field control unit with suitable screws and suitable tools.
The dimensions for the distances between the drill holes can be found in the drilling template.

Observe the device dimensions
The drilling template indicates the distances between the drill holes for wall mounting.
You require approx. 1.20 m of space below the bottom holes for
● The connection and operating section of the field control unit
● Tidy and force-free routing of the cables

Force-free routing of cables
Route the cables without force so that you do not overload the strain relief of the cable gland.

Observe the distance between the field control unit and field module
The preassembled cable on the field module is 7 meters long. Make sure when selecting the
mounting locations for the two units that this cable can be routed tidily and force-free.
