Function description 

ePS Network Services allows you to access new download areas for the use 
statistics and security patches for Microsoft Windows NT.  
 
The download areas can only be accessed by the user named "Administrator" (use 
statistics) or users assigned the role of administrator (security patches for Microsoft 
Windows NT) and can be reached by accessing the "Download areas" menu item 
of the "Management of organization" menu group within the "Management" tab.
