Alarm description 

 

The program is incorrect. The programmed tool position number is larger than the maximum tool position number. 

PLC information 
PLC address: DB1600.DBX2.7  
Subroutine: MAIN (OB1) 

Remedy 
Check the content of the part program, and edit the program according to the actual number of tools created.

Alarm 700024 

Alarm description 

 

The maximum number of tools is not set properly (should be set to 4 or 6) on the control system. 

PLC information 
PLC address: DB1600.DBX3.0  
Subroutine: MAIN (OB1)  

Remedy 
Check whether the setting of MD14510[20] (max. tool number) is correct.

Alarm description 

 

No position signals can be detected from the turret.

Check the turret encoder to see whether the turret signal interface is damaged.
