Electrical connection
The electrical connection of the DC link adapter is identical for S220 and S120 components. The
procedure for S120 components is described in the next section.
6.1.6.1
Connectable conductor cross-sections for UL applications
The selection of the cross-section for the DC link connecting cables depends on the power
demand of all connected components. You can find the values of the DC link current for the
respective component in the technical data.
Select the higher of the following two values:
• Cross-section based on the DC link output current of the Line Module.
• Cross-section based on the DC link current of the Motor Module.
