3. The DC link voltage was switched off.

Do not touch, remove or service the power cells
● If the LED is lit
● If the DC link voltage measurement in STARTER in parameter r70(0) of the DFEMV is
more than 50 V.
The DC link voltage must be below 50 V. Only then can the drive doors be opened.

4. If a mechanical door interlock was selected, then you have the following options:
– Use coded key K1 (released by the customer's circuit breaker) in order to release key K2
for the cabinet door.
– K2 is in the key exchange unit at the drive.
5. Use key K2, which has been released for the cabinet doors, to unlock/release the drive
doors.
WARNING
Discharge resistors
The power cells include discharge resistors to discharge stored energy after the input
voltage has been switched off. The DC bus voltage of the power cell drops to below
50 V DC in less than 10 min.
This can result in death, serious injuries or material damage.
● Strictly comply with all of the safety measures.
