6.10.2
Fixed blocked regions
Fixed blocked regions are primarily defined on the landside. They are entered using CeCOMM
in the "B" region menu (set blocked regions) during commissioning and stored in the "Par0.txt"
parameter file. Fixed blocked regions mainly protect the crane structure (sill beam, lashing
platform).
Note
Fixed blocked regions are always stored in "Par0.txt" and are only transferred from "Par0.txt"
during loading, regardless which parameter file is active.
6.10.3
External variable blocked regions
Transfer sequence for external variable obstacles
Obstacle data sets
A set containing up to 5 obstacles can be transferred via the interface during each transfer
operation. A start and an end position for the trolley is specified for each obstacle, in addition
to the associated hoist position. An unused obstacle contains the value zero for all three entries.
The transfer of obstacles to the sway control system is described in Chapter Blocked regions
(Page 170).
Proceed as follows:
● Delete all the external variable obstacles of the previous travel job.
● Transfer the obstacles.
You can transfer up to 5 obstacles simultaneously. An obstacle comprises three values of
the data type DINT (see table Table 4-14 SIMATIC S7 → SIMOTION, Obstacles (Page 95)).
Transfer
The transfer of a data set containing up to five obstacles is performed with the following signal
assignment:
