If one stator segment is
not
sufficient to move the drive, then select the following
procedure.
With this procedure, use all stator segments of the master drive to move the drive.
1.
Activate the master drive and deactivate the slave drives (e.g. p840 = 0).
2.
Open all circuit breakers of the slave drives.
3.
If necessary, disconnect all stator segments of the slave drives.
4.
Carefully note that each rotor movement with respect to the stator - and vice versa -
results in a voltage being induced at the stator segment power connections.
5.
Ensure that the conductor ends are open circuit so that you do not create a short-
circuit.
6.
Rotate the master drive with all stator segments at the control panel.
7.
Measure all stator segments of the slave drives one after the other.
8.
Reconnect all slave drives.
9.
Close all circuit breakers of the slave drives.
10.
Open all circuit breakers of the master drive.
11.
Disconnect the master drive.
12.
Rotate the slave drive from the control panel and measure the stator segments of the
master drive.
13.
Measure all stator segments of the master drive one after the other.

Commissioning
Your local Siemens office can support you when commissioning your drive system.
Contact data is provided in the introduction under "Technical Support".
For SINAMICS, the Technology Extension SERVCOUP (SERVO COUPLING) is an
expansion for the SERVO drive object.
You will find information on SERVCOUP in the Function Manual "SINAMICS SERVCOUP
SERVO COUPLING"
