"SNMPv1 Traps" check box

Enable or disable the sending of traps (alarm frames). You can configure other settings in

"System > SNMP > Traps".

●

"DHCP Client" check box

Enable or disable the DHCP client. You can configure other settings in "System > DHCP

Client".

●

"SINEMA Configuration Interface" check box

If the SINEMA configuration interface is enabled, you can download configurations to the

device via the TIA Portal.

●

"Configuration Mode" drop-down list:
Select the mode from the drop-down list. The following modes are possible:
–

Automatic Save

Automatic save mode. Approximately 1 minute after the last parameter change or

when you restart the device, the configuration is automatically saved.

–

Trial

Trial mode. In Trial mode, although changes are adopted, they are not saved in the

configuration file (startup configuration).

To save changes in the configuration file, use the "Write Startup Config" button. The

"Write Startup Config" button is displayed when you set trial mode. The message

"Trial Mode Active – Press "Write Startup Config" button to make your settings

persistent." is also displayed in the display area as soon as there are unsaved

changes. This message can be seen on every WBM page until the changes made

have either been saved or the device has been restarted.

Procedure

To use the required function, select the corresponding check box.

Select the options you require from the drop-down lists.

Click the "Set Values" button.
