Diagnostics data via Windows Performance

Counters

Windows Performance Counters is a system tool from Windows, which provides measured

values for monitoring system performance. These measured values can be determined using

the Performance Counters API or visualized and monitored with Performance Counters

applications (for example: "Windows Performance Monitor").
