Connection on the slot and I/O module
The following figure shows the connections on the terminal block/terminal module and the I/O
module.

Introduction
The following terminals are located on the terminal blocks.
● Terminals for the supply voltage
– Light-colored terminal block:
Only connect the supply voltage to a terminal block of the type TB..D.
– Dark-colored terminal block: Measure the supply voltage and extend it if necessary
● Process terminals
– The signal lines of sensors and actuators must be connected to the process terminals on
the terminal block.
