General rules and regulations for operating an ET 200eco PN
Introduction
When installing the ET 200eco PN distributed I/O device as part of a plant or system, special
rules and regulations need to be adhered to depending on the area of application.
This section provides an overview of the most important rules you have to observe when
integrating the ET 200eco PN distributed I/O device in a plant or system.
EMERGENCY-STOP devices
EMERGENCY-STOP devices in accordance with IEC 204 (corresponds to DIN VDE 113) must
remain effective in all operating modes of the plant or system.
System startup after certain events
The table below identifies situations you must pay attention to when the system starts up
after the occurrence of certain events.
