VPN

If the camera is operating over an open network (e.g. via 3G or on a wired
network that does not utilise a VPN) Then it is strongly recommended that
the cameras inbuilt Open VPN functionality is used. See Section Error!

Open VPN Certificate

Note. The detail of managing and signing a certificate is beyond the scope of this
document however an overview of the steps required is described below:

Select the Certificate menu by navigating to :

Status and Configuration / Settings / Security / Certificate Manager

The following menu will be displayed:

Export the Certificate Authority (CA) from the certificate management tool

Import CA Certificate to import the CA
