NOTICE
Loss of water and dust protection
If the film of the button is damaged, the device is not water and dust proof.
Make sure that the film of the button does not get damaged. Do not use e.g. sharp objects to
press the button.
Position
The "SELECT/SET" button is located on the front of the SCALANCE XP-200.

Setting the display mode
To set the required display mode, press the "SELECT/SET" button.
For more detailed information on the display modes, refer to the section "LEDs "DM1" and "DM2"
(Page 29)".
Defining the fault mask
Using the fault mask, you specify an individual "good status" for the connected ports and the
power supply. Deviations from this status are displayed as errors/faults.
You configure the monitoring of plugged-in connections in the plant engineering.
