Clearing Alarms
Parameter
Description
Severity
Synopsis:
{Clear, Critical, Major, Warning}
Displays the severity of the alarm.
Category
Synopsis:
{Restart, Communication, RF, Hardware, Security, Environmental, Redundancy,
Services, Link Status}
Displays the category for the alarm type.
Last Description
Displays a message describing the alarm.
Last Update Time
Displays the date and time of the most recent alarm.

Clearing Alarms
To clear alarms, do the following:
1. Navigate to
Management » Alarms and Traps
. The
System Alarms
screen appears.

2. Select an alarm from the
Alarms
table.
3. Click
Clear Alarm/s

Configuring the NTP Server
The RUGGEDCOM WIN can be used to take timing inputs from the base station and act as an accurate timing
source for other devices.
NOTE
Prior to enabling the NTP server, the
Time Advertisement Enabled
parameter must be set, on the GPS
screen in the base station. This parameter enables the NTP Server to work properly.
