10 Mounting the Device to a Panel

Mounting the Device to a Panel
For panel installations, the RUGGEDCOM RSL910 can be equipped with panel adapters on the top and bottom of
the chassis. The adapters allow the device to be attached to a panel using screws.
To mount the device to a panel, do the following:
1. Loosen the top and bottom screws at the outer edge of the device.

2. Slide the supplied adapters under the screw heads and then tighten the screws.
3. Prepare mounting holes in the panel where the device is to be installed.
4. Place the device against the panel and align the adapters with the mounting holes.

5. Secure the adapters to the panel with #6-32 screws.
