Troubleshooting Patient Results
Use this section to identify the symbols that are displayed with results or instead of results
for a parameter.
This symbol is displayed next to results on the screen and printed reports, and the system
displays the Interfering Substance message in the event log and on printed reports.

1. Analyze the sample again, ensuring that the
sample has no bubbles.
Checking for bubbles is especially important
for samples introduced from capillary tubes.
2. Analyze QC samples and verify that the QC
results are within the target ranges.
