Removing the horizontal carriage from the vertical tube

•
Unscrew the two countersunk screws from their positions (1/Fig. 23).
•
Lift the horizontal carriage out from the tube, and set it down on a suitable base.
Make sure that you pull out the cables in the vertical tube only far enough to be able to
set down the horizontal carriage.
•
Remove the cables from the vertical tube.
•
Eject the contacts of the D30.X3 plug, and note them down.
•
Remove the cables from the guide channel (1/Fig. 25). Start with the smallest plug.
For this purpose, position the horizontal carriage vertically and hold it.

To facilitate removal of the cables remove the horizontal carriage.
The cable with the M3 X30 plug remains in the vertical tube of the
lifting column and in the horizontal carriage.
The D30 X3 plug will not fit through the guide channel (1/Fig. 25)
of the horizontal carriage.
