Leave your hearing aid in
your ear and working
normally.
Put the telephone receiver
to the hearing aid towards
the top of your ear as shown
in the picture bottom right.
This will make the voice of
the person calling louder
for you.
Telephone program
You may prefer a certain volume
when using the telephone. Ask
your NHS Provider to configure
a telephone program.
• Switch to the telephone
program whenever you
are on the phone.
