Preface

Purpose of the operating instructions

These operating instructions contain information based on the requirements for mechanical

engineering documentation. This information relates to the location, transport, storage,

mounting, use and maintenance.
These operating instructions are intended for:

Commissioning engineers

Maintenance personnel

Observe especially the information in the "Safety instructions" (Page 21) section.
You can find more information in the TIA Portal Information System.

Basic knowledge required

General knowledge of automation technology and process communication is needed to
