Testing the configuration

Once you have configured the MT8001, you need to test the configuration. This
section details how to do this.

6.1

Checking MT8001-subsystem connection

Verify that the subsystems and the MT8001 communicate

As soon as you turn on the MT8001, a Fault will be displayed on the Event browser
for each control unit that is defined in the configuration. As the communication is
confirmed with each control unit, the Fault state in the event will change to Normal.

If there is a problem with any of the connections, see Appendix C.
