6.2 Measuring Vapor and Fluid
The shutoff fittings must be operated in the following order:
Initial position: all shutoff valves closed
1. Open shutoff valve (2B, Figure 25, p. 111).
2. Apply pressure corresponding to start of scale through the test connection of the
shutoff fitting (2) to the transmitter.
3. Check start of scale and correct if necessary.
4. Close shutoff valve.
5. Open shutoff valve (4) at the pressure tap.
6. Open shutoff valve (2A).
