When the oil takes up two thirds of the oil collector,  the cup 

should be cleaned in time in case that the oil spills over. 
Detach the cup according to the figure.

Before calling service, check the possible explanations below.
If these solutions fail, remove the electric plug of the cooker 
hood and contact the customer service centre.

If the following phenomena occur, please remove the electric plug

Irregular operating sounds are heard when the cooker hood is 
turned on.

Abnormal phenomenon or vibration occurs during the operation 
of the cooker hood.
