Display in idle status
Once the phone is registered and the time set, the idle
display is shown, as in this example. After successful reg-
istration, the following is displayed:

The strength of the signal between the base station
and handset:
– poor to good:

Setting up area codes
Before you can return a call from the Calls list (
page 31), you must store the local
area code of the area in which your phone is being used. If your phone is in a mul-
tiple area code area, you must also store the extra codes for that area.
