Setting an appointment (calendar)
You can use your handset to remind yourself of up to 30 appointments.
Anniversaries entered in the directory (
) are automatically recorded
in the calendar.
Saving an appointment
If you have already saved 30 appointments, you must first delete an existing
appointment.
Precondition:
The date and time have already been set (

Open the graphical calendar.
Days on which appointments have already been saved are high-
lighted in black.

If appointments have already been saved for the day, the list of appointments
will be displayed: select

Change multiple line input:
Appoint.

Date
Enter day/month/year in 8-digit format.
Time
Enter hours/minutes in 4-digit format.
Notes
Enter text (max. of 16 characters). The text appears as the appointment
name in the list and will be displayed on the screen during the appointment
reminder. If you do not enter any text, only the date and time of the appoint-
ment are displayed.

Press the display key.
The list of appointments for the selected day is displayed. Activated appoint-
ments are highlighted with
in the appointment list. The appointments in
the list are sorted by time.
