1. From the menu bar, click Alerts.
2. Select History from the drop-down menu.

The Alert History pane displays.
3. From the Site List, select the checkbox next to the site(s) to view the site(s) alert
history.
NOTE: To display specific sites in the list, type a full or partial site name in the
Search box.
4. Use the fields in the query section to specify the date range of the point history
information (2 in the Figure).
5. Click on the Go button.

Any alerts within the date range selected will display in the Alert History pane.
Creating Alert Rules
The Alert Configuration pane displays all configured alerts for the selected site(s), and
allows them to be edited or removed. New alert rules can also be created in this pane.
This pane also allows you to configure alert rules specifically for one location. For
example, you want to know if an HVAC unit is reaching its setpoint.
1. From the menu bar, click Alerts.
2. Click Configure Alert Rules from the drop-down menu.

The Alert Rule Configuration pane displays.
3. From the Site List, select a site to configure an alert rule for.
NOTE: To display specific sites in the list, type a full or partial site name in the
Search box.
4. Click New Rule and complete the following fields:
– Trigger Device. Device you want to monitor. For example,
kitchen thermostat.
– Trigger Point. Point in the device being monitored. For example,
cooling
setpoint.
– Condition. Operator used to evaluate the Trigger Point. For example,
less than.
– Trigger Value. Minimum value of the Trigger Point that causes an alert.

(Optional) Reference Device. Secondary device that should display with the
alert.
–
(Optional) Reference Point. A point on the Secondary device that should
display with the alert.
5. In the Email Recipients section, type the email address that should receive the
alert notice. Use a comma to separate multiple email addresses.
6. Click the Save Changes button.

The new alert rule displays in the list.
