Pressure-controlled ventilation in conjunction with
free spontaneous breathing during the entire
breathing cycle. The mandatory portion of total
minute volume MV is adjusted with inspiration pres-

Suitable for patients without spontaneous breath-
ing, to spontaneous breathing patients before extu-
bation. Withdrawal by gradually reducing the
mandatory portion of total minute volume MV.
