7.1.3 Averaging analog input & PPS2 interface
In large spaces it can be useful to measure the room temperature in two locations and
to determine an average value. If both a QAX3… room unit and a QAA24 LG-Ni1000
sensor are connected to a controller, the measured room temperature is automatically
based on the average value from both sensors. Automatic detection prevents
miscalculation.
A QAX34 / QAX84 will display this average value.

The average value is calculated from the two sensor readings.

To determine the average value, the sensor must be configured as a room
temperature sensor
•
There is no averaging in KNX sensors.
7.1.4 Sensor correction
The value of the local sensors (PPS2 and B1) can be corrected in the tools
(see page 115).
