Most service providers provide a
mailbox in which a caller can leave a
voice mail for you
• if your phone is switched off or
not ready to receive,
• if you do not want to answer,
• if you are making a phone call
(and if
Call waiting
(page 90) is not
activated).
If the voice mail service is not part of
your service provider's standard
package, you will need to register,
and possibly adjust the settings man-
ually. The following sequence may
vary from service provider to service
provider.

to the voice mails left for you.
