A camera is integrated in the phone.

The current (preview) image is dis-
played. You will see the following in
the first line from left to right:

Zoom factor.

Night mode.

White balance.
The number of photos that can still
be taken in the selected resolution is
displayed in the preview image. This
number varies considerably depend-
ing on the subject matter and how
much storage space is required. You
will also see an indication of the
selected resolution or, if video mode
has been selected, there is an indica-
tion as to how much recording time
has already been used and the maxi-
mum time still available.
Take a photo

Take a photo. A beep is
heard as the photo is tak-
en (this cannot be deacti-
vated).

If necessary, set the
zoom factor first.
The photo is saved with a name, the
date and the time in the
Pictures
(page 111) folder in
My stuff
.

Image resolution
It is possible to set the quality of the
image regardless of the preview im-
age resolution. The best possible res-
olution is 1280 × 960 pixels.
To take individual wallpaper images
you need to set
Background
as the im-
age resolution in the options.
The resolution may decrease depend-
ing on the selected digital zoom.
