Armrest

Application

For securing the patient’s arm for injections, IV’s, or insertion of a catheter.

Attachment

◆

Move the patient table to the horizontal position.

◆

Position the patient.

◆

Open the clamping lever (1a).

◆

Place the armrest onto the front or rear accessory rail and slide it into position.

◆

Close the clamping lever (1b).

◆

Push and pull on the armrest to ensure it is seated properly.

◆

Loosen the cap screw (2).

◆

Move the padded armrest to a comfortable position.

◆

Tighten the cap screw (2).

◆

Ensure that the armrest is seated properly.

◆

Place the patient’s arm on the armrest.
