3.3 Cleaning
Cleaning an EAM involves brushing or vacuuming the protective covers to restore cooling efficiency that
may have been degraded by accumulated dust.
Cleaning a Termination Strip or EAM Marshalling Termination Assembly involves careful brushing and
vacuuming to remove accumulated dust and dirt harboring chemical particulate that may accelerate
terminal, switch, or connector contact corrosion.
