VCR Group Box
When this option is installed on your system, the
VCR
group box allows you
to control the VCR directly from the
Image
task card.

Note:
A menu selection can be an icon and/or text. The "Tool Tip" column indicates
additional text displayed on the screen when you roll the trackball to position the trackball
pointer on the menu selection.

Record
Start recording active screen to videotape.
Pause
Pause or resume playback or recording.
Stop
Stop recording.
Forward Search
View the videotape while searching forward.
Reverse Search
View the tape while searching backward.
Rewind
Rewind videotape without viewing (fastest rewind method).
Fast Forward
Forward videotape without viewing (fastest forward method).
Blank Search
Locate the next unrecorded section on the videotape.
Reset Counter
To reset the counter.
Play
Begin playing the videotape.
Eject
Eject a videotape from the VCR.
Index Value
Display the image frame corresponding to the entered tape
position (in hours, minutes, and seconds).
Protocol Group Box
The
Protocol
group box includes a drop-down list of the capture definitions
in the default protocol for the currently selected exam type. A
capture definition
is a group of settings for storing and reviewing clips.
Use the system presets to change the default protocol for an exam type.
Note:
If you change settings of the default protocol for the currently selected exam type,
then you must refresh the
Protocol
group box (located on the
Image
task card) to display
the changed configuration. To refresh the
Protocol
group box, reselect the exam type.
