AT^SSDA Set SMS Display Availability

This command allows to notify the TC45 of its controlling application's capability to immediately display incoming
SMS on a display. 
If the application is able to display incoming SMS, class 0 SMS shall be displayed immediately. However, if it
does not, class 0 SMS shall be treated as if no message class is determined (GSM 03.38

[15]

). 

The effect of this command if
