Mounting
5.1
Safety
CAUTION!
Risk of device falling down.
The sensor head may fall down if it is not mounted properly, causing minor to moderate
injuries.
• It is essential that only suitable mounting accessories are used.
5.2
Required tools
IMPORTANT!
Tools for securing the sensor head in the mounting location must be used during moun-
ting. The sensor head is always mounted on a metal frame. If the sensor head is being
mounted on other accessories, some of the tools and accessories may differ from those
described here.

Drilling machine
•
Socket set or torque screwdriver, ring wrench
•
Set of Allen keys (standard sizes)
•
Selection of metal drills

Required accessories
IMPORTANT!
The accessories listed are the minimum requirements. More and different accessories
may be needed depending on the type of mounting.
•
Cable hose (slotted) resistant to temperature and weather
•
Sufficiently dimensioned and appropriate fastening and mounting accessories
(e.g., cable clamps, insulating tape, cable ties)

Accessories
IMPORTANT!
The connection cable between the evaluation unit and the sensor head is a mandatory
requirement for the mounting process. Various lengths are available.
You need two cable sets for kit B and kit C.
