Fault diagnosis
Changing the status of the message
You can document the status of a message directly in the list of system logs and then sort
the list according to confirmed and unconfirmed messages (see above).
1. Select the message in the list.
2. Click the icon with the green tick. You will receive a notification informing you that the
status of the message has been changed.
3. Click
OK
to confirm. The
Confirmed
column now states
true
for the message.
Resetting
filters
Click the
Reset Filters
icon to delete the applied filters. The list will then contain all the
reported system logs again.

Fault diagnosis in SOPAS
In the event of a fault, detailed diagnostics can also be carried out in the SOPAS
configuration software.
In such cases, contact SICK support.
