ALIGNMENT OF THE SCAN LEVEL

Preparation
For the alignment a flat and even ground floor e.g. in the service area is required.
In this area there must be 3 target board in the 0°, 90° und 180° positions fixed installed,
referred to the coordinate system of the scanner. The allowed tolerance is +/- 10°

The horizontal centre of the target boards must be installed in the same height h as the
scan level of the scanner, for the orientation there is a mark at housing window (rear side of
the NAV245) in the shape of a rhomb.

The alignmend could be simplified by a temporay replacement of the NAV245 by a laser
level e.g. BOSCH self-levelling cross-line Laser GLL.
