Fitting the complete sender/receiver unit

Push sheet metal cover 1 in with foam insulation.

Insert the sleeves and tighten sheet metal cover 5.

Attach sheet metal covers 4 to 2.

Screw all sheet metal covers tight.

Fit the outer sheet (
see Fig. 140 “Sender/receiver unit, outer plate”, page 96

Guide the power supply cable through the recess.
▸
Tilt the sheet slightly when attaching.

Connect the hose connections of the sender/receiver unit to the outer sheet.

Attach the inner bracket and screw tight (
see Fig. 138 “Transmit/receive unit, front

Screw the templates tight on the rear side (
see Fig. 137 “Sender/receiver unit, rear

Hook the sender/receiver unit with the mushroom head brackets into the device
cabinet.

Screw the sender/receiver unit tight on the device cabinet (
receiver unit, fastening screws”, page 94
).

Connect the plug connections.

Screw the electronics housing cover tight.

Replace the drying agent (
see Chapter “Replacing the drying agent”, page 44
14
Close the cover of the sender/receiver unit (optional) and screw tight.

Replacing the fan

Disconnect the MCS200HW power supply.

Remove the electronics housing cover and fan cover (
see Chapter “Removing the elec-
tronics housing cover”, page 88
).

Disconnect the fan power supply.
