Close the sender/receiver unit cover and screw tight.

Filter wheel motor 2

Open the sender/receiver unit (
see Chapter “Opening the sender/receiver unit”,
)

Disconnect the plug connection on the LPMS04 circuit board (
the filter wheel motor”, page 107
).

Loosen the fastening screws of the filter wheel housing with a 5 mm Allen key (2 pieces).

Remove the filter wheel housing.

Remove the filter wheel
:

Align the filter wheel in the housing so that the fastening screw can be accessed
through the opening.

Loosen the fastening screw with a 2 mm Allen key (loosen the screw only, do not
remove).

Remove filter wheel 2.
The spare parts set contains the connecting cable with fork light barrier. If necessary,
the connecting cable can also be replaced.

Filter wheel 2, stepper motor kit
The drying agent must be replaced each time the sender/receiver unit is opened.
Pay attention to dust protection: Replace the electronics housing cover during work on
the sender/receiver unit.
NOTE: Material damage
Do not touch the optical surfaces of the filter wheels.
