5.3.9 Replacing the chopper motor

1 Disconnect the MCS200HW power supply.
2 Open the sender/receiver unit ( see Chapter “Opening the sender/receiver unit”,
page 44 )
3 Remove the complete beamer unit ( see Chapter “Replacing the complete beamer unit”,
page 102 , steps 2 to 6).
4 Loosen the fastening screw of the chopper wheel cover on the upper side (2 mm Allen
key).

5 Remove the chopper wheel cover.
6 Loosen the fastening screw of the chopper wheel cover on the lower side (2 mm Allen
key).

The drying agent must be replaced each time the sender/receiver unit is opened.
Pay attention to dust protection: Refit the sender/receiver unit cover during work on the
unit.
