Quick-release fasteners of the sender/receiver unit

Switch device off.

Open the SR-unit enclosure by releasing the quick-release fasteners.

Immediately attach the cover on the device flange opening.
Remove the intermediate enclosure

Hold the unit tight.

Pull the hinge pin out.

Remove the sender/receiver unit.

Inspect the enclosures of the sender/receiver unit and evaluation unit for mechan‐
ical damage.

Clean the respective enclosures if contaminated.
b
Check all cables for damage. Pay attention to chafe marks and kinks on cable
ducts.

Check all hose fittings for tight seat.
b
Check all electrical connections are free from corrosion and have a tight seat.
b
Check grounding conductors are free from corrosion.
b
Check flanges and screw fittings for tight seat.
