How to create the Object locator

Please be informed that you must be a “Service” level user in order to access the Object
locator settings tab.

Please be informed that any changes applied will only be saved, if you have re-activated
the

button.

All inspection regions will be displayed after image processing is finished with a short

delay.

Proceed to create the Object locator region as follows:

Click the

button.

Select the applicable region shape.

Change the pointer to select.

Select

to define the ROI, where the mark/object is most

likely found (within the area) in the object locator.
