SICK Support
If the fault cannot be rectified, the device may be defective.
The operating entity cannot repair the device. Interference with or modification of the
device will invalidate any warranty claims against SICK AG.
However, it is possible for the operating entity to acquire Rapid replacement of the device.
If a fault cannot be rectified, please get in contact with your nearest SICK Service
department.
Before calling, make a note of all type label data such as type designation, serial number
etc., ensuring faster telephone processing.
