지향성 마이크는 축에 도달하는 소리에 가장 민감하며 극성 패턴이 지향하는 각도를 벗어날 경우 소리를 차단합니다. 다음 차트는 각 마이크의 소리 차단 각도를 보여줍니다. 라이브 

공연 또는 녹음 설정 시, 모니터, P.A. 라우드 스피커 및 원치 않는 음원을 이 각도로 정렬하십시오.
피드백을 최소화하고 원하지 않는 사운드의 차단을 최적화하기 위해서, 항상 사용 전에 마이크 배치를 테스트하십시오.

전력 사양

이 마이크는 팬텀 파워가 필요하며 48 Vdc 전원 공급에

서 가장 성능이 좋습니다 (IEC-61938). 하지만, 최저 11 

Vdc 의 공급에서 다소 감소된 헤드룸 및  민감도로 동작

합니다.  
현재 대부분의 믹서는 팬텀 파워를 제공합니다. 반드시 

런스드

 마이크 케이블을 사용해야 합니다: XLR-to-XLR 또

는 XLR-to-TRS. 

부하 임피던스

최대 SPL 성능, 출력 클리핑 레벨, 다이내믹 레인지 마이

크에 연결하는 프리앰프의 입력 부하 임피던스에 따라 다

양합니다. Shure 에서는 최소 입력 부하 임피던스로 1000 

Ω을 권합니다. 대부분의 현대 마이크 프리앰프는 이 요건

을 충족합니다. 임피던스가 높을수록 해당 사양에 대해 더

욱 좋은 성능으로 나타납니다.
