The lower limit was reached. 
“PUSH LMT” is blinking. 

If the status is abnormal, move the 
lower limit switch position. 

 
 
 
 

The upper limit was reached. 
“PULL LMT” is blinking. 

If the status is abnormal, move the 
upper limit switch position. 

 
 
 
 

The over load of the mounted force gauge 
occurred in push direction. 

Confirm  whether  the  force  gauge 
used is correct. 
Check  whether  the  measurement 
is an abnormal. 

 
 
 
 

The over load of the mounted force gauge 
occurred in pull direction. 

Confirm  whether  the  force  gauge 
used is correct. 
Check  whether  the  measurement 
is an abnormal. 

 
 
 
 

The emergency stop was pushed. 

Confirm  that  an  abnormal  is  not 
found, then release the emergency

The motor  or  the  driver  of  the motor  was 
abnormal. 

Turn off and wait one minute, then 
turn on. 
Contact TECHNICAL SUPPORT  if
