Rechargeable battery
Switch off the battery and the drive system before
removing or inserting the battery.
6.19.1 Removing the BT-E8036 battery

Open the key hole flap.

Insert key in the locking cylinder.

Hold battery with left hand.

Turn key in a clockwise direction.

The battery is unlocked. The double latch plate
retains the battery in the designated position
and prevents it from falling out.
If the battery does not detach in the designated
position, pull out the battery with your hand
while turning the key.

Press on the double latch plate.

Remove the battery.
