5.1.1.3 Power Spectrum Check
FTIR performance is evaluated by measuring the power spectrum. The power spectrum gives the
intensity at various wavenumbers. After ensuring that the sample chamber is empty, enter the
following parameters in the Parameter Tab on the [Measurement] Tab Screen, and measure the
power spectrum to verify the specifications.
