Selecting the detector signals
Select the signal type from the main screen, and then press “DET SIG” to display the
screen shown in Fig. 16.6.7.
Select the type of signal to output. For a description of the settings, refer to
16.6.7.4
Selecting the temperature control signal
Select the signal type from the main screen, and then press “TEMP” to display the
screen shown in Fig. 16.6.8.
