Power cord, plug and socket
●
Do not use the unit at any voltage other than AC
220 V. (Fire and/or electric shock may result.)
●
Do not damage, fabricate, forcibly bend, pull, twist,
bind or heat the power cord.
●
Do not place a heavy load on the plug or power
cord or pinch them.
(The power cord could be damaged to result in fire
and/or electric shock.)
●
Do not connect the twisted power cord to a power
supply.
(The power cord could be overheated to result in
fire and/or electric shock.)
● Do not plug in or out with a wet hand. (Electric
shock may result.)
●
Do not use the unit if the power cord or plug is
deformed, damaged, abnormally hot, or the
connection to the outlet is loosened, or discontinue
when moving the power cord. (Smoke emission
and/or fire may result due to electric shock and/or
short circuit.)
●
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacture, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
●
In case of abnormality, power off and unplug the
unit.
(Fire and/or electric shock may result.)
●
Use a power outlet rated at 13 A.
(Sharing a socket with other appliances will result
in fire due to abnormal heating.)
●
Make sure to insert the plug fully into an outlet.
(Smoke emission and/or fire may result due to
electric shock and/or short circuit.)
●
Remove dust from the plug on a periodic basis.
(If dust accumulates, it may collect humidity and
prevent insulation. Fire and/or electric shock may
result.)
●
Be sure to unplug the unit before carrying out
maintenance. (It may cause burns and/or electric
shock due to sudden operation.)
During operation and maintenance
●
In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the
heater.
● Do not insert fingers, rods and other foreign
objects into the air inlet or air outlet. (Electric shock
and/or failure could result.)
●
Do not place any dangerous object such as spray
etc. near the main unit.
(Pressure in the spray may be increased by the
heat and it may cause explosion or fire.)
●
Do not alter the unit. Only trained service
personnel are authorized to disassemble or repair
the unit.
(Otherwise it may cause fire and/or electric shock.
It's dangerous to touch the inner of the unit where
the voltage is very high.)
●
Do not use chlorinated or acid detergent to clean
the unit.
(Such detergent may produce toxic gases that are
harmful to health.)
●
Perform maintenance after the main unit becomes
cool. Wait for more than 30 minutes after the unit
stops operating.
(Burn or electric shock may result.)
●
